Rage & frusturation with my body

I’m sick of it. I am so tired of being big smooth guy. I have tasted the heaviest weights, built my body to balanced proportions, but never , ever have I seen what my muscles look like under my layer of forever 14% BF. I have been eating well and keeping track of my calories, and macro nutrient breakdown for the last 7 years before MM. I used to do APEX nutrition back in the day. I have tried virtually every approach, and this last year I have been using JMB’s approach coupled with cardio and intervals. But nothing, I get bigger and stronger but never ever see my muscles ripped under neath. I will do anything, I would rather be 6% BF 165lbs lose 10lbs of muscle than be 210 14% BF. For once in my life! they only problem is when I do a keto diet my sex drive crashes within days and I feel that life is not worth living if I don’t want to fuck, or can’t erect. HELP< any advice I am so angry I will do anything I don’t care If I lose muscle.

Get some Primo and winstrol, use 400/wk primo and 350/week winny for 6-8 weeks.

what is keto diet?
If that lowers your sex drive, I dont want anything to do with that diet.

Only time I have had any sex drive problems it was on a keto diet but it was the Fat Fast. That kicks your ass cause it is so hypocaloric. I would say that you need to up your calories on a ket ala t-dawg. Are you waiting out the first week. I feel like shit the first week on a keto. I bounce from there but until then I feel like crap.

Yup, knuckledragger is correct: perhaps your approach to a keto diet was wrong, try something in the vain of a T-Dawg diet. Have you also, ever considered Meltdown training?

Use 4ad-ec, with the T-dawg diet i have gained muscle while simultaneously losing anbout 10 pounds of fat and it makes me horny all the time for some reason, BTW to Anyone out there wondering Always shake the bottle up before each time u use it, I was wondering why i didnt get any results the first three weeks using it, then i started shaking up the bottle each time to make sure non settled and then the results have been very good, not sure but i think the 4-ad settles in the bootom so shaking it up is a good idea, but do the t-dawg 2.0 rules and use 4ad-ec and i have been cutting my cals extremely and no muscle loss or strength loss for that matter.

yeah, primo + winstrol will certainly do it. However I’m assuming you don’t have access to those drugs so here goes. Take 1 serving of 4-ad-ec per day for 6 weeks while taking either T3 or biotests T2 pro. Uh, if you go the T3 route you might wanna up your 4-ad intake as it tends to eat muscle alive. Also, at very low dosages you can stay on T3 for extremely long times without too much suppression. Methoxy helps in fat loss also. Use a keto diet with all this shit and you will be so ripped you won’t believe it. And don’t be tempted by anything…be a machine in your eating discipline or you will fail. Not to be an ass or anything, but could you elaborate a bit on the “come off gradually” part? I’d like to try your recommendations but need to know what you do when coming off? Thanks bro…

I have done many Keto diets and after the initial 5 days, I feel fine. The E/C/A stack I ever tried had Yohimbe in it and that stuff gave me the stiffest boners ever!! I would suggest trying that.

Take anabolic steroids or Mag-10 along with M for 12-16 weeks. Take an ECA Fat burner. (Note: many online stores still have MD-6) Take T3 or T2. Consume only 7 calories per lb of LBM Daily. Get 1 gram of protein per lb of LBM daily. Get 10g of good fat daily. Use a good EPA/DHA Fish oil product. East meals with Protein & fat all day. After your workout use 3 Scoops of Surge (Or an MRP with Ultra Fuel.) Have another smaller carb meal 2 hours later. (4-5 P & C meals & 2 Carb Meals Post workout.) Try to get .8 g of carbs per lb of LBM WEEKLY. Do cardio 30 min 4-7 timer per week. Work up to 1 hour after weight traing 4-7 times per week. Follow these recommendations CONSISTANTLY and you will get lean I WOULD BE MY LIFE ON IT. (Summary reading: Bill Roberts Chemical Solutions for androgen calorie recomendations, Eat Berardi Style!)

Please give me more specific info on your current diet and training. I helped a fat 260 lb offensive lineman cut down to a lean 180 to do a bodybuilding show. He wasn’t ripped last year, but will be the next time. I will help you as much as I can.

Sorry for all the SP mistakes I was tired last night!

I have to say thanks to the people who end up asking similiar questions that I was thinking of asking. I have been in ‘dieting’ mode for 1 year and 7 months(almost 8) and I am not where I wanna be, sure im 100lbs leaner(started 330lbs 5’8) and i see new muscle and such. I am sitting at 230 not sure of BF because i just can’t get a consistant reading.(yes i have read jason’s article )I do finally fit comfortably in a 38 jeans now though, which its nice going into a store aand buying them and not have to search for 40+ and then be embarrased at the checkout. ANYWAY i am getting off track, thanks to the questions and thank you to all who answer them. It helps more people than you may know.

Eat less. If you are unsuccessfully dieting, it is because you take in too many calories. At your bodyfat level, macronutrient ratios and the other fine details do not matter as long as you get enough protein and EFAs. 10kcal per lb of bodyweight per day, supplemented EFAs and 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight daily. Schedule a refeed for once or twice a week and that is all you need for success. Nothing magic about it. Come back when you cannot break 8% and then we can discuss the fine points.

I have been eating berardi style for over the last year, Eating 1.2 to1.5 g of Protein per lb of Lbm, from salmon, chicken , tuna, lean beef, Low carb grown,Carbs Postworkout (Surge), and Breakfast only (Oatmeal), The rest Veggies, Salmon Every Day with added fish oil at other P+F meals flax 2 tbs daily, with intermitant diet breaks using Beverly International protocols. I have been using the winning formula recommendations minus the beans (they bloat me) for the last 6 weeks. I have dropped 1 lb despite the intense workload. When I dropp my carbs low like below 50 a day no matter the calories my sex drive suffers and erections are weak, Md6 furthurdestorys my erections (charles poliquin describes this on his site). I tried Meltdown compelled with tDawg, and using lowcarb grow and glutamine postworkout and I just found that after 2.5 weeks, I was ovetrained and extremely flat. I guess i’m gonna just stick out the keto diet 200g of protien a day with around 75-100g of healthy fats, and surge postworkout, with md6, and t2pro, and hope It finally prevails to dip me below 10% than get my sex drive back.
