Rack Pulls to Build the Back

Did these today and they felt really good. It’s been a while since I’ve used a ton of weight on an exercise. Plus, as I’ve only begun deadlifts in the last 2 months I think these will really help me out. Although I did already find out my grip strength is crappy. Next time I’m probably going to do a few warmup sets without straps and then use them for the work sets.

I maxed rack pulls yesterday because I was curious to see what I could do, and WOW, at the bottom towards the last couple sets I felt like what I think was my infraspinatus about to rip.

did 385x5 for 4 sets today, rack pulls are awesome
