Great work Vroom and thanks for sharing, got me inspired to hit the pulls harder. I just started rack pulls myself doing CWs hybrid hypertrophy right now.
Btw four plates is a little bit easier to do here in Sweden, its only about 396 lbs,

I hope this isn’t terribly off topic, but I am 43 and recently competed in my first powerlifting meet. I did pretty well for me. I met a gentleman who is 54 years old and going to compete on the world team. He was a helluva nice guy. Now the point is: I thought at 43 I maybe only had a couple of more years left in me. Now I have a whole new outlook and it has become more of a journey than a race. Good stuff. As far as rack pulls go. I can do about 525 lbs from the knee and I can dead 425 as a PR.
Vroom, I don’t think you should ever settle for just 400. Progress is progress. Go for 405 next. Never stop trying to improve. I think your even younger than I am. Stay healthy and stay learning!
