Ok so iv never had to much trouble feeling my back, i feel it the most on pull downs and some on pullups
but to the point, i did rack chins today for the second time, and i dont feel it in my back what so ever, im placing my fee on high bench, and haning from the bar with my butt of the ground, and i just do a regular pullup, it feels really wieard to be honest, and i got an insane pump in my biceps rather than back
Is it alright to remove them and add pulldowns instead ? there i feel my back on every rep, or will i be missing out on someting ?
