Racial Inequality: What Should Be Done?

Do you have a soul?

Haha I would hope so. It’s just that I can’t read the English from that era without constantly looking up words so I wouldn’t be able to fully appreciate them anyway. And I didn’t really like Hamlet. There was too much whining going on IMHO. I only watched the movies during that time because I didn’t want to read the book for my exams.

EDIT:

Oh, I also took 2 years of some special art course in sec school covering the neo-classical period to the post modernist era but I also switched courses to A math cos I hated everything to do art by then.

So, come to think about it, I probably don’t have a soul lol.

EDIT:

In my defence, I could score 98/100 without studying for written tests ,which include art history with critiques of paintings and shit, and just writing rubbish(seriously, I’m not making this up) and then one senior did an exact copy of that Andy Warhol print of multiple Marilyn Monroes with someone else’s face instead of her’s and scored the highest points in the history of the course for his final exams so that confirmed my idea that it was all rubbish.

EDIT:

And to clarify what I meant by ā€œreally brush up on my Englishā€, it was constantly badgering the English teacher from the US to converse with me, have after class lessons and giving me lots of extra-curricular reading materials while watching and listening to lots of movies and music in English for years.

If I no have do that my english now will looking like this. You all do not be understand. Ok? Yeah!

I couldn’t agree more. He is without doubt an AMAZING storyteller (he shares with with Bob Dylan but is an infinitely better musician), and one of my all-time favorite musicians. He 100% bleeds red, white, and blue…even if I disagree with his politics. The Born in the USA album is such an epic achievement it’s hard to describe.

I would actually say the same for the albums ā€œThe Risingā€, which was immediately post 9/11. It remains one of my favorite albums start to finish in almost every respect: songwriting, lyrics, unique rhythmic and melodic elements, etc.

Branagh is a fucking boss. He just has a crazy sort of stage presence.

You dirty rat bastard. I’ll hunt you down!

Haha you’ll melt in the heat here before you even find me. It’s fucking 30 degrees Celsius at NIGHT.

Yeah, my ancestors were born in a land without the sun so I’m much more acclimated to -10 C than 30. Ass.

With regards to fatherless families, I think the war on drugs is somewhat responsible for this. Through murder and jail, less men are available as partners, increasing demand and allowing men to pursue less expensive means of passing on their genes. In other words, sleeping around. Women are not in a strong position to demand monogamy, so they end up accepting this behavior and we end up with fatherless families. This leads to kids being raised without fathers, falling into a life of crime and the cycle continues.

I do believe we are all responsible for our own actions, but we are not all born into the same situation. In addition, I think we can all agree the war on drugs has failed and that maybe drugs aren’t as dangerous we are told.
