Quick Question about Low Carb (<50g)

So I have been eating low carb for a while or so I assume. I know that carbs from fibrous vegetables are not counted towards total intake. But, what about from sources such as nuts (walnuts/cashews)?

I would count the carbs from them.

You need the healthy fats from preferably almonds. Walnuts are abit too high in calories if your dont want to sacrifice your calorie reserve in other meals. Personally, I like the way my body uses the carbs from fruit, apples in particular, expecially post workout. Oats are good carbs, and you can sneak a potato or two in every week. Less than 50 gs of carbs? Maybe a bit shallow, but im also beginning a low carb diet. How are you responding to less than 50 g of carbs? Are you able to retain your mass and some fullness? If not increase your carb intake.

Also wanted to add that I do my bodybuilding naturally. I made a mistake two years ago of running a small cycle, but the the size game can make a mans head go crazy. Coming off the cycle all you crave is another one, but after thorough thought I decided training naturally gave me greater gratification. No knock to anyone who takes steroids, I am able to look satisfying enough without them. Plus, Mass monsters like Dennis Wolf intrigue me. I wanted to throw that out there because I am in danger of losing some mass during the cycle, and it makes advice given to me more pertainable to my diet.

Uh I do not care about size or fullness. I care about strength and getting leaner.
