Sorry took so long to reply, weekend been a bit hectic. Hoosegow, i’ve got a Level 2 NVQ in Fitness Instructor, Joe, supplements called Super Whey Protein, made by Precision Engineering.
Got measurements wrong as well so my bad. Protein is 17g per serving, 1.8g of carbs per serving…and Fat is 1.2g I believe…I tend to take 1 straight after training…and if I am feeling peckish in between meals…although I have started to devour tuna in between meals as i’ve grown a love for the stuff haha.

Unless you REALLLYYYY need a personal trainer certificate I would say do not waste your time doing level 3 ![]()
their idea of diet is 0.8g protein per Kg for strength athletes, and to focus on a ratio of 10-15% protein 60-65% carbs 25% fats…
Any job worth having asks for level 3.
If you want to be a fitness instructor level 2 is fine. As a self employed personal trainer, level 2 is severely lacking.

No, the governments idea of macronutrient partitioning is that actually.
Oh yeah I’m sure plenty of people on this website know the secret to gaining muscle really really fast, but they just choose to bodybuild at normal rates so they don’t stand out to much.
