Can someone explain to me exactly what a “T-Bar Row” is??? Search wasn’t working. Ta, Mark-AUS.
Essentially, it’s a combination of the bentover row and the seated row. In other words, you flex at the hips until your upper body is near parallel to the floor. Often, the T-Bar Row apparatus will have chest support. The weight is usually positioned on one rung out in front of you. A grip runs perpendicular to your body below you, and you just row, usually with an overhand grip, although an underhand can be used.
