How many times should this double drop set be preformed for an exercise?

If I only do it one time, is it okay to do 2-3 regular sets ( not warm ups) prior to that?

I’ve never tried this method but heard it can work well.

No need to do regular sets. Just do the 6-12-25. Once you can do all 43 reps increase the weight.

Absolutey, if you truely do a max effort for the initial 6 that is all you will want to do :slight_smile: just yell UNCLE :wink:
