Questions on my Volume Routine

Hey guys was wondering if you could help me out with my volume routine. I read about Bauer’s routine and thought it might be time to try something new aside from my usually -8 rep routine.

Cable Rear Delt flies

Tues-Shoulders/Calves

Lateral Raises
Javelin Press
Standing Calf raise
Seated "

Thurs-Legs reps 12-15
Squats
RDL

Leg Press

Fri-Arms/Calves
Partial Overhead press

Close grip bench
EZ bar curls
Decline tricep extension

Sat- Core/cardio

This is my second week into the routine needless to say its fucking killer. But Im loving it so far.

my main questions are:
How long would be optimal to stay on this routine, 4-5 weeks?
Are my exercise selections pretty good?
Should I try to increase weight on every exercise every workout? (I only increased on my first 2 this morning)
Is there a better cure for DOMs than long walks?
My leg strength is zapped by the time I get to leg press should I switch it for a more isolational exercise like bulgarian split squats?

Dont worry about foor 5-6k a day at least here 8 if Im real hungry.

1rst question: Stay on it until you stop progressing. If it works for 2 months then use it for two months. If it works for two years… well you get the point.

2nd question: All those exercises are just fine.

3rd Question: I wouldn’t say EVERY exercise. Focus mostly on your compound lift numbers.

4th question: FOam rollers and Ice

5th question: That’s actually a really good question. I’m assuming you are doing a compound lift first? My reccomendation would be to switch your stance. If you are hitting the same muscles, then yeah I’d imagine they would be zapped!
