Ok guys, here’s the deal…at this time I’m more interested in gaining strength than size. I’d actually prefer to stay around the same body weight. I plan on taking 75mg tren for 2 weeks with 50mg winny-v a day for 2 weeks. Then switching over to morning doses of d-bol and possibly anavar for 2 weeks while on a keto diet…I’d also be using heat misor (or the same ingredients) on the dieting weeks. Do yall think I’d lose a substantial amount of strength while on the keto diet???
Nah…I’ve used Keto diets on and off for the past year while throwing in 40 minutes of cardio 5X/week along with weights. No strength loss. The juice will only help…you should gain strength, then keep it while dieting. I am getting Heat Miser also. Sounds like great stuff. Remember to work heavy both during the pre-diet and diet phases. Heavy doubles and triples on the compound lifts.
