I’ve had great success with Waterbury’s 100 reps for my chest and calves, and I’d like to try his program with abs. I’m looking for some feedback from those who have tried the 100 reps for their abs. That is, what exercises did you use, set/rep breakdown, any suggestions, and of course, results. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
currently, im using four different exercises (leg raises, crunches, russian twists, and knee ups). each day, i pick two of them and do 4 sets of 25. hope this helps.
i ‘created’ and pursued a similar approach. actually, it was more like reps of 400 with breaks in between. Anyhow, i was fat, and managed to get 6 pack abs by doing the following (in order of importance): hanging leg raises, incline sit ups, leg lifts, and the machine they have on my gym you lean on and press down using abs. hey, it worked for me. maybe its because i’m 17, i dunno. but it DID work for me.
