- Ramp to 1RM (starting at about 60%)
- 2 sets of 3-5 reps with 85% of 1RM
- Ramp to 2RM (starting at anout 80% of 1RM)
- 2 sets of 3-5 reps with 85% of 2WD
- Ramp to 3RM (starting at about 80% of 1RM)
- September 1 of 3-5 reps with 85% of yur 3RM

No, when you ramp up you only perform the number of reps selected for the ramp.
For example if you ramp up to a 3RM you only perform sets of 3, even with the lighter weights.
For example let’s say that someone can lift 300lbs for one rep, a ramp to a 3RM might look like:
Bar x 5 warm-up
135lbs x 5 warm-up
155lbs x 3 warm-up
185lbs x 3
205lbs x 5
225lbs x 3
245lbs x 3
265lbs x 3
275lbs x 3
