Hello CT, I had mentioned that the military layer and push press to strength would look like this:
- Ramp to military press 1RM
- Military press 2 Cluster sets with 90% of 1RM
- Ramp to push press 1RM (from the weight you just did with clusters)
- Push press 2 sets of 3-5 reps with 85% of your max press push ramp
- Push pressure ramp to 3RM starting with 70-75% of your 1RM ramp in the push press
- Push press 1 set of 3-5 reps with 85% of your 3RM
How would the layer configured to hypertrophy?
