Question on Carb-Cycling Diet

I was wondering if it is okay to use Carbo-Gain (Maltodex) as extra carbs for the PWO Shake or I’m better off using Oatmeal?

Immeadite PWO something with fast protein and fast carbs (Surge for eample) would be optimal. Hydro whey and malto etc.

Now in the diet you are using you will have to answer that. Depnds on your carb allowance of the day etc…

Either dump the NOW Carbo Gain and buy Surge, or get on here and do some serious reading.

If you are taking Carbo-Gain it should only be after your workout and it should be paired with some kind of high quality whey.

If you are taking carbo-gain any other time, WHY? Go eat real food…

Whoa Whoa, don’t get me wrong guys, all I asked was is it okay to add Maltodex to Surge for my PWO shake. I know Thieb recommended adding rice for extra carbs for the PWO Shake. I just wanted to know if Carbo-gain was okay.

Didn’t mean to mislead you guys. This is just for PWO Shake.
