Question for Scott UK

Scott, a while back you posted a question asking about post workout nutrition for those allergic to dairy/whey etc. I was just wondering what you have in place of the typical whey shake at the end of the workout? I’m imagining a glutamine/amino acid combination followed up with some sort of real food? Thanks in advance.

I´m not Scott but Í have the same problem. I can´t use anything containing lactose so I take som egg-protein after my training plus some high GI carbs.
