Cy, I just came across a bottle of T-2, the original formula not the Pro brand. I must have bought it in '02.
I loved that stuff, would this bottle, which has been stored away from heat and light, still be worth taking?
I should mention, it already has been opened.
Yes, it’s still likely worth taking. It’s likely undergone some degradation, but not enough to where you’d need to take twice as much as you normally would or anything of that nature.
Would it be contraindicated to take it w/ HOT-ROX?

Do not use the two concurrently. There are a number of reasons why and it’s something I’ve gone over many times previously. It would be ideal to use HOT-ROX upon cessation of use with T2.
