Question about Undulating Periodization program

I’ve been following this program for just deadlifts that I do every Monday.

For background, I started with a 455lb deadlift and completed 3x5x405lb sets for deadlift before starting the program.

My question is, do I stick to the stated percentages even if I am getting stronger? For instance, most of the wave programming maintains the same percentages for two weeks in a row. I’ve been adding a percent on the second week but resetting to the suggested percentage when the two week period ends. This seems to match the intention of the program?

I’m in week 11 now and difficulty seems to wax and wane. I assume this is normal?
