Question about stacking?

Hello,

So currently planning out my next cycle, and was looking to stay in the 275lb weight class for powerlifting. Currently my job is super physical as I work on the railroad gangs.

Was looking to shed BF while keeping and adding muscle. So the question is would stacking Test E/C with ** T3 Liothyronine** be something I should look at?

Aren’t we all? Typically you do a mass/gain phase followed by a cut phase. You don’t do them at the same time because unless you’re low T or untrained it’s damn near impossible.

This is prob not gonna happen unless your very experienced.

Test is great to retain muscle while cutting but I would caution you with the T3. You are messing with your thyroid and speeding up your metabolism can burn fat but it can also burn off muscle. If you do decide to use it make sure you do a lot of research and weigh the pros and cons.
How much weight are you trying to lose?
What is your past experience with AAS?

Same. Unless you have a really good coach with a ton of PED experience I generally think toying with T3 or HGH/slin combos are ill advised.

IMO, it is not worth the risk tampering with your thyroid hormone balance. You could find yourself on thyroid medication for life.

Considering this, I would have thought you would be concerned more with maintaining weight than taking drugs to burn fat. A powerlifter would be most concerned with maintaining strength while working a super physical job.

Count me as confused with your thinking.

Makes total sense

Past experience is with Test C and Test E various mls.

True, never thought of that and too your second point, it depends if I am in an atco or hotel. I usually drop 5-8 lbs a work cycle so I adjusted my DE days to be done first and i usually stack on weight in 2 days.

So a constant BW range for me has been 265-278lbs.

I was Rx’d T3, and in hindsight, it wasn’t necessary, or needed. I got off of it just fine, but I wouldn’t risk it for cutting fat. It could mess up your thyroid (unlikely). IMO, a higher risk, especially while running cycle level test is heart issues. I noticed just a few times where I got some thumping heart beats. After I stopped working with the T-clinic, I weaned myself off the T3.

T3 requires experience / knowledge to be pretty solid IMO. You might do fine on 25 mcg/day, try 50 mcg/day and have weird heart beats. If your BP is high already, I wouldn’t even consider (unless working with a doctor).

IMO, the cutting drug that is the safest and also likely one of the most effective is semaglutide. It improves heart health in general, and actually works (back by clinical trials, and approved by the FDA for weight loss). It might be a waste to do during a cycle though. If you are on TRT or cruising, that would be the time to do it.

Agree with regard to the glp being better/safer. Tirzeptude (monjourno) is great for dropping fat. Would def go that route before messing with thyroid.

Are you currently on TRT or did you PCT after your last cycle?

Tren!

Tren is definitely a drug that enhances lean mass it’s just also typically the most side effect inducing. I only took it once in small doses but wow we it was effective.

Last cycle was a bit ago and no PCT after. The side effects weren’t major but definitely looking to get PCT after.

Just trying to find something to add to stack. Never used Tren before, i will look into it as I try to make sure I research everything.

How old are you and have you pulled a male hormone panel? That would be my first avenue having already cycled. If this is something you plan to continue anyway. Also, I was in no way recommending Tren just an FYI. It’s magical but also harsh on sides. Typically it’s the last thing you try not one of the first.

I agree with @blshaw
Tren is for advanced users and imo should be reserved for competitors ahead of a show. There are many other ways to skin a cat without the harsh sides.
Can you lay out exactly what you are looking to do short term for your competition and how much time you have to get there?

@blshaw

32 years old and currently looking into a full blood panel but its hard to find a place here

@s.gentz
Goal is to stay in the 275lb class and trying to drop bf% while staying heavy. Obviously a great eatting habit helps which im in the works of doing. Training adjusts are made currently for a 3month BB cycle of training and meet in in January.

So short term is to get down to 25% while still weighing 270+lbs, obviously not by January maybe next summer ideally.

If your just trying to drop a little fat and you have a long runway then you don’t need drugs or just low test if your inclined. No reason to take anything else

Lets not forget DIET for losing fat, as well as GH
