Question About Program

Im currently doing Waterbury’s abbh program and i’ve realized that i sadly do not know all my maxes for the excercises he gives therfore do not know my 60% of 1 RM for this and that. is there and general guideline that can help someone like me w/o screwing up this workout? I mean i read in one of his articles, he said do 80% of 1RM OR a weight that you can do for 6 perfect reps.

Also i dont there is is any way that i can do 10 chin ups (5X10) is there an alternative or should i do some stop and do some more. I find the more easy to do them semi supinated, should i do them that way?

why not try to find out your 1 rm max? pulldowns

just make an educated guess and allow for progession. Try to pick weights that will be challanging but you are 100% sure you can complete all the reps with.
