My question is, if you’re already supplementing with Pine Bark Extract and Saw Palmetto, would you continue using these in conjunction with P-Well or would you go with one or the other?
First post since 2007? Holy crap, man. Uh, hi. But this question is better suited to repost over in the Biotest Supplement Advice forum. (That’s been around for about five years, but understandable that you missed it.)
But quickly, P-Well doesn’t contain those ingredients so you should be fine taking them in addition if you wanted to. Between the formula or taking the other supps individually, it’s up to you based on your specific needs, but I’d be confident taking the specifically designed formula. If the other ingredients were essential and delivered a higher bang-for-the-buck, I believe they’d’ve been used.
