Question about Nutrition Label

Hi all,

I’m using some Gulden’s Spicy Brown Mustard for some low carb BBQ sauce, but I’m a little worried after examing the label more. It says 0g for carbs, protein, and fat, yet it has 5 calories per serving. What would these calories fall under and what are they? Thanks!

1/4 gram of protein isn’t going to show up on the label but will count for 1 calorie. I would guess mustard’s calories are from the vinegar.

5 calories? Seriously, who cares man, pace around while your food’s cooking if you’re that worried about it.
Don’t stress yourself over this kind of shit.

I care because I want to know what those calories are. I want to know what I am putting in my body. And that’s 5 calories PER serving. that can add up…

if you enlarge the serving size to a cup, you see that mustard has a pretty good balance between protein, fat, and carbs. Mustard, prepared, yellow Nutrition Facts & Calories

Awesome, thank you for the link.

Looks like mustard seed is even better.
