Question about Diet while on 4-ADEC

Are the diet recommendations for 4-AD different than mag-10? i’m getting ready to start a 10 week bulking cycle of 4-ad and am confused about where to go with my diet plans. how much over mainanance should i be eating? also in mag-10 plan for success tim says “your diet should be comprised of 40-50% carbs, 30-40% protein, and 20-30% fat” does the same thing go for 4-ad with a longer cycle like i’m doing or should i lower the carbs and up the fat some? should i be eating carbs, fat, and protein in every meal or would it be ok to do some massive eating combos?
