i am 42, i am training for 1 year and i need long time to recover from lower body workouts, i want to train only 3days, so i have a question about this program:

Press BBB (or would be dips better?)

Squat/Deadlift 5/3/1 (alternating by week)
Front Squat/Stiff legged DL BBB (alternating by week)

Incline Bench BBB
DB Rows
Is this bullshit or good?
would it be too less for lower body or ok?
i am training at home, i have chinup bar, dip bar, barbell, dumbells and enough weights.
