Question about 19norandrostenedione/ 5androstenediol

The other day I was a post on here explaining which was better the dione or diol and I can’t find it.

Can someone please help me out. I have a bottle of 19norandrostenedione/ 5androstenediol. I don’t want to use it if it is useless or if I have to take some estrogen blocking pills.

Can either someone answer this or repost the info I’m looking for?

Bill Roberts has stated in prior posts that all the dione products can aromitize to estrogen and that he could never reccomend them for that reason. You want the 4diol or nor4diol but the 5diol is also estrogenic. The only prohormone products I’ve had any luck with is androsol and Mag-10.
