115 x5 (75%)
130 x3 (85%)
140 x6 (95%)
still felt strong and wired at this point but not enough to face my max so I went for reps
125 x12(83%)
135 x4 (90%) - puttered out at this point should have stopped at the previous lift but my ego got in the way.
MIM - what makes him even more of a cutey is his humility and playfulness. I just loved working with him.
Bree- no fucking, kicking, biting, sexing, sleeping aloud. I do not have an open relationship and the hubby is helping me with the project without batting an eyelash. I appreciate his trust and the fact that I can do this without drama.

seriously you can hit up a modeling agency and ask if they have any newbies willing to work on a portfolio. That’s the trick Ted gave me.
Not a bad idea, but I prefer the idea of having everyday people giving of their time, stepping out of their comfort zones and realizing that they have something pretty damn decent to offer to the project. Plus having “reg” people involved means more people excited about buying and selling the calendar which is the whole reason for this.

I was about to head to the gym today when the husband dropped, “don’t over do it” wink wink so I made it short and sweet, in order to have more sweet.

near 5 reps “I can stop here, it’s the prescribed reps.”
near 8 reps “I can stop here and equal my former Pr.”
After 8th rep I told myself to dig deep and somehow I cracked myself a crazy ass smile in the mirror dropped for 2 extra reps, racked the bar and collapsed on the floor for a minute. Anyone ever tap the crazy to push through? You know exactly what I mean if you’ve done it. Damn it felt good. At the point I was satisfied with my effort and called it a day. Keeping the rest of the crazy for home ![]()
And for those wondering where I’m pulling out these Pr’s from, I’ve gained 10lbs in the last 2 months. Now sitting at 165lbs. I know some of this is the beer and wine and good summer food I’ve indulged in. Game plan is to not change a thing for the next 3 weeks, and when I come back from summer vacay 2nd week of September I’ll lay off the vino and drop the carbs a bit. Just a general clean up so that I can compete in my weight class in October without doing anything drastic. So girly’s you want PR’s every gym day? Eat like a pig and gain weight.

Yay for the PR. If you are gaining strength with the weight then it’s all good. When I tried bulking I didn’t get stronger, I just got fatter. Not so good.
