Glad to hear you are defending the faith on facebook. Keep fightin’ the fight! I have had very little success convincing anybody that heavy weights are a good thing. People seem to get the endurance part of fitness. The strength part not so much for women. I have to think the new logs going up in PW is a sign that that’s changin’. Lets hope!

Mim - I know right?! buddy invited me and I went although I told him it wasn’t my strong point. He replied we could fast walk if it suited me better. The idea was to have fun by doing something other than drink and smoke. We did end up walking a few times but mostly I managed to keep it to a jog.

K - shot were harder than planned since bathroom was tiny. I am totally jacked up against the wall trying to get a full frame. Also I would have wanted a 2nd light to highlight the lower part of the shot but there was nowhere safe to set it up. My 50mm is Canon EF 50mm f/1,4. A good mi-range model.
