Is uber good cardio I luvs it cuz its good for the ass AND good for the fatloss.

Treadhill and Stairmmill my two choices for cardio.

Ink - treadmill 15% at 2.5 mph for 2 minutes. you should be able to beat it easy.

It was bound to happen, today was a not so good day. Having issues with my Mp3 - it died 3 minutes into my training after I charged it fully. crap. 2nd week in a row deads with no music is no bueno.

Deads:
135 x8
155 x8
185 x5
225 x5
245 x3 - happy with this, 1 more than last week. not a PR though.
265 x2.5 - holly hell my form was shit. all back, hips shot up like rockets.
285 xnill- got it to the knees, realized I was killing my back and dropped it.
225 x3 - wanted to do this for reps but no go.
155 x15 - felt more like cardio than pulling.

Dumbbell lunges
35lbs 3x8

Barbell hip thrusts
185lbs 3x8

Cable pull through’s
130lbs 3x8

Cable crunches
100lbs 2x12
120lbs 2x8

Not a stellar day for me. as we have said many times before: sometimes the fight is just lifting regardless of the weight.
