Thanks. I note this because I don’t usually walk that much during the day. In a typical day, I take no more than 8,000 steps. Sometimes 10,000 is enough if I go shopping, etc. Usually after work I go to the gym, which is also very close by, and then I go home , have dinner and don’t go out anymore. The city is really small and if I want to take a significant number of steps, I have to go to some of the parks and walk around it like a hamster for 2 hours. Which is pointless, especially since I have other household duties.
When I’m on vacation, however, I go with the express purpose of getting to know a new place and seeing as many things as possible. And getting to know a place is done by walking.

This workout was not planned. My friend, who I have been training for a year now, wanted to go together and I didn’t want to refuse her. She didn’t train very regularly for the last 2-3 months In a few days she will leave the city, become an international truck driver (in EU) with her husband. He has been working this for months.
Needless to say, by Bulgaria’s economic standard, this is a very well-paid job.
