I’m in the same boat. Trying to grow takes a lot of work and food.
I’ve found if I drink 1oz apple cider vinegar/1oz lemon juice/2oz aloe every morning about 20min before my first meal it sets my digestive system up and seems to keep the bloat down and everything moving as it should. Been doing this for about two months now. Took a week off to travel and noticed i was getting bloated again and then started the drink when I gaot back and after one day all was right again

Some beautiful nature.
I made a short trail along an eco-path around the town. I couldn’t find the marking at all and went blindly up. I don’t have any pictures on the way, I was busy crawling on the rocks up. They put a high cross on the top. There are three such crosses around the city. People have built a gazebo and a barbecue. I was completely alone, there was absolutely no one. After I got up, I walked a little along the paths through the forest back and forth, again alone, in total this walk was 12 km.

I guess you’ve all seen grass and bushes, but in person the view is amazing. The mountains are not high, but they are so mighty and majestic. And the little effort to get to the top of the hill is satisfying. Alas, I can’t climb, I have a phobia of heights and I choose moderate places.

It is a resort town, unfortunately very run down.
Indolence, sloppiness, corruption.
Most of these abandoned buildings are former sanatoriums, spas, hotels. All have great parks to them currently turned into an impenetrable jungle. And all this is in the middle of the town and people just pass it by

Last day on vacantion.

My plans for the day failed… I had planned to visit another former royal residence with a park located near the city. I had researched all the transports on the internet and visiting hours. When I went to the bus station, it turned out that half the buses going there were stopped. No one bothered to update the web sites. Normal for Bulgaria.

If you are in Bulgaria, Never Ever trust timetables and information on the internet.
Always ask by phone or in person in place.

The next bus was in two hours.
I found other things to do, but I was still disappointed
