I can’t sleep well in the morning. The seagulls scream unbearably. I do not live by the sea, but in the countryside. But these seagulls have settled in the city and live here all year round. I did not have this problem in my previous home. but now they live on the roof of the surrounding apartment blocks, meters from my terrace. They scream all year round but during the warm seasons it is unbearable. :frowning:

Calories 3000 kcal (I ate cake and some cream dessert like 700 kcal over my normal intake for the day)
I eat much more when I’m tired and it’s normal. I could be full with less than 2000 kcal if I sleep well. In other case, I’m literally starving every 2-3 hours.

1. assisted pull ups (-13kg) 4x5
2. incline dumbbell bench press 4x8x(2x12,5kg)
3. back squats 4x8x37,5kg
4. assisted pull ups (-27kg) 4x7
5. dumbbell shoulder press 4x8x(2x7kg)
6. leg curl 4x7x5kg (yep, juts 5 kg , my pelvis is stuck to the bench, no movement in the hip joints, just pure curl)
7. lying dumbbell triceps extensions 4x5x(2x5kg)
8. dumbbell biceps curls 4x7x(2x5kg)

I do every exercise like 3 to 5 sec per rep and hold it in contracted position.

These days around 24.05 - the holiday of Bulgarian literature and culture, the proms are held in Bulgaria. Тhis period is a mass hysteria here - crazy money are spent on dresses, crazy parties, restaurants, excursions …

My prom 2006. Of course, there was no Facebook then. And I didn;t have my own camera.
No, I didn’t have party with quests in my home, I didn’t buy a expensive dress, I didn’t go to hairdresser and makeup artist, I just buy a pair of heels. No, I didn’t spend my mother’s money on nonsense.
Neither then nor now do I think that graduating from high school is a significant moment that requires to waste money, parades, tears and snot.
Real life is comming.
