Thanks, guys. The squats are pretty good but there’s a slight buttwink. I have lack of hip mobility and my lower back can’t sustain the natural curve in the lowest point of the movement. And it’s a little heavier than usual so I bend forward a little. Core is not braced to the max too
Yep, that’s the point of the program. To engage the right muscles in the glutes and core, not just to move some weight up and dpwn. Those squast on 40kg are so harder than my 70 kg in the past.
I didn’t see any buttwink the first time I saw the video. On second viewing, what I saw was tiny and insignificant. Just about everyone has some buttwink when they go below parallel. And now you have to deal with everyone else coming in and re-watching the video while staring at your butt, lol.

Those men are so brazen and unscrupulous. Our prime minister was the driver of former communist leader Todor Zhivkov back in the '80s, in the 1990s he was the manager of a security company (legaly, but in fact that means loan sharking, drug-trafficking, prostitution) then he became chief secretary of the interior ministry, then became mayor of the capital Sofia and than became prime minister for eight years till now. All of these governments from 1999 until now are not affiliated with the mafia, they are the mafia. He has resigned twice already and was re-elected twice. Because the election has been rigged.
Corruption is everywhere and it’s not an exception, it’s a social rule- you have to give if you want to take. I see it in my work, in my daily life. All of the young and capable people go abroad.
