Quality Muscle

I think I read an article with reference to the difference in muscle quality between that of a person who lifts heavy for low reps and a person who chooses a lighter weight but does many more reps. I think the article was related to Franco Columbo and how he initially trained as a power lifter and had greater muscle density to his physique. Is this “kind” of muscle easier to keep hold of once you go into the cutting phase or embark on a bit of cardio?

yeah it supposedly is, it is “denser” i guess.

Yup more dense as opposed, thin Oly lifter 100 lb chinese gilrs lifting 3x bw above there head LOL

This is why its good to not just stick to one rep /load zone. Get big and strong they go hand in hand.

I gaurante if you add a considerable amount of LBM you’ll be strionger.

ALso look at bodybuilders and the muscle maturity some of the young guys are BIG but they just dont have the quality and density of the more mature guys who have been at it longer. Just take time and hard work
