I’d think the only squat you’d get into would be a very wide stance, so much so, that may require a mono-lift to get wide enough with a lot of weight.

I’ll have to wide stance quite a bit, but I wouldn’t mind lol

Strangely the way I am set, I prefer a shoulder wide stance. I am pigeon toe to start.

So I hate sumo anything.

Ahh I see. I have flat feet and I’m kinda knock-kneed so like somewhat wide stance helps. I used to pull strictly sumo for deads, but I guess I did that because I needed to strengthen my hamstrings more. Now sumo hurts and conventional feels damn good sooooo lol.

Not really looked at my own legs before but definitely need to work on the inner quad muscle. Not great lighting either (just getting my excuses in).
