Hey there, I’m currently doing CW’s quattro dynamo and am wondering about warm-up sets on the heavy lifting day. My squat 5rm is about 315-320, which I’m a little reluctant to throw on the bar right off the top. Doing 4-5 warmup sets makes for a 10 set workout on heavy day, which I don’t think is part of the program design. Any ideas for wu sets? Other than that bit of confusion, I’m loving the program…dman
On the heavy day, perform 2-3 sets of 3-4 reps with a 10RM for a warm-up.
