9:20p.m.- Meal 4 chocolate Metabolic Drive with flaxseed and 3 caps Flameout. Followed by BCAAs and ZMA an hour or so later.
Hey qaash. Good to see you made it to your solid meal. get some good sleep the night of that meal and the fat will just melt off you while you sleep. I am really struggling with cravings lately. I just cant stand the thought of another shake right now.
Day 8

7:45- BCAA’s and HOT-ROX
8:15- Meal 1 vanilla Metabolic Drive with flaxseed and 1tsp coffee.

20 min prior to workout- 3rd serving BCAA’s
Immediately after workout Surge Recovery
This week workout 1 circuits increase by one set
warmed up on treadmill for 8 minutes
Wide-grip pull-ups = 8x body weight x3…I increased the hight on my chin bar to make it harder
Overhead squats = 8x100#x3…I did two circuits before I realized I was doing front squats…I finished the rest doing overheads but by the last three circuits my form was fading
Decline Bb bench press = 8x135#x3…I still need to increase the weight on these
30 seconds rest between all sets
My side planks still suck…felt like my shoulders were about to pop.
9:15- Meal 5 strawberry & banana Metabolic Drive with flax and natural peanut butter…3 caps Flameout…hour later ZMA and BCAA’s.
Hey Qaash, nice work so far man, looks like you are coming along just fine. Keep at it man, can’t wait to see some pics when you’ve crossed the finish line.

omg that looks so good!
you’re an awesome cook. That steak looks so juicy!
Hey, the numbers look all right.
You lost a chunk right where you wanted and otherwise you’re losing it nice and evenly.
And your thighs are symmetrical! Yay!

Thanks, it was and that cooking technique Chris put out there helped add a lot of flavor to it.

You’re right about that…had to put things in perspective…but I am hoping and working towards bigger numbers for this week…which so far doesn’t feel any more stressful. In fact, I’m in an overall better mood than I was last week.

Thanks, TMoney1…I took pictures this past Sunday but visually there’s no real discernible difference so I didn’t put them up…with some work next Sundays will have an impact and something to really compare too.
Day 9
7:15- HOT-ROX and BCAA’s
7:45- Meal 1 strawberry Metabolic Drive with flaxseed
For some reason I’m not going to bed on time so I’m waking up later than I original intended to. I need to work on that.

The same is happening with me. About two hours later at night, then two hours later in the morning.
Maybe I’m still alert at night from the HOT-ROX. I used to go to sleep at ten every night. Gotta get that GH release!
It changes week to week man, I’m finishing week 3 today and I lost 6 pounds this week but only 3ish last week. Dont sweat it and keep working hard.
I am not really losing as much as it feels like i should be. For wanting to eat my shoe leather i feel like i should be looking more svelt. i would like to say this diet is torture.
Day 9 continued…
Meal 2 at 10 to 11
Meal 3 at 1 with 3 caps Flameout
Meal 4 at 4:30
HOT-ROX and BCAA’s at 5:30
40 minute NEPA walk at 6 followed by another serving BCAA’s
Actually craved McDonald’s fries today and felt hunger pangs by 3

Hahaha…I felt the same way but then remembered Chris mentioned the more fat you have to lose the bigger the initial drop. Since my drop wasn’t so drastic, I’m guessing I’m on strictly fat attack.
Some of the intial loss also is determined by whether you’ve been on a low-carb period or not. I carbed up before starting the v-diet and was 181.2 before carb up and 184 two days later when I started the diet, today the scale read 181 after a solid one day on the V-Diet! Three pounds in one day hooooray! Stomach content/water retention when starting, at the time of the weigh in etc all comes into play.
The scale is a terrible way for someone trying to lose fat and keep muscle to keep track of how they’ve been doing. Body composition tests and measurements are much more accurate for this function but still everyone (including myself) live and die by the scale, just try not to let it affect you too much.
You can drop/gain 10 pounds of water/stomach content etc in a day, but inches of fat coming off is something that can’t be so easily done.

Thanks for the insight…I guess my diet was pretty low carb prior to starting…with the occasional really bad food…Mcdonald’s, Chinese and the like. Oddly enough, i always felt full last week with my meals but today I’ve actually gotten hungry. The meal schedules are essential spaced out the same as last week but now i do get hungry and have to have a shake ASAP.
Day 10
I dreamed about food
