John, in a previous message you pointed out
that milk causes a large increase in insulin
w/o the typical concurrent increase in blood
glucose. I’m wondering if you are aware of
any foods/carbs that cause the invere effect?
That is, are you aware of any foods that cause
a moderate to high increase in blood glucose
(moderate to high GI) but that do not cause
a concurrent increase in insulin. Or at least
only a small increase in insulin. In other
words, if milk has a high insulin to blood
glucose ratio - are there any foods that have
a high blood glucose to insulin ration? This
would be very helpful to me. Thanks.
