I was wondering if anybody noticed that. I mean clearly the solution to growing more doesn’t lie in your training, obviously you need to increase your protein intake to 5 grams per lb of bodyweight.

how someone would get an idea like this is beyond me.
To sort of get back on track here…
Routine is kinda all over the place and you’re cramming a lot of volume into those workouts. Is there any reason why it’s only three days a week?
Just looking at the shoulder/leg day is a good example of why four days would be better. You’re doing four shoulder exercises and three leg ones. Two of which are machine based and only based around knee flexion.
