X, would you mind writing your menu for when you were 290? I friggin’ love reading permabulkers’ diets. (Serious.)
Why? So you can use what I ate once to describe everything about how I eat?

Your motives are questionable to say the least. I ate what IO needed t to look like that at 290lbs…which if I may say so is rare.
Professor, I promise not to criticize your nutritional choices if you would be so kind as to share what your typical daily intake consisted of to reach and maintain this weight and level of development. I think it would be fascinating to know what went into it. I’m sure many here used to read articles in bodybuilding magazines where the pros would describe their diets and always thought it was very cool. I’m sure many here have also read Dave Tate’s accounts of the extremes he went to in his quest for as much mass as possible. Those were cool articles as well. If you wouldn’t mind sharing I think your story could have the same effect. No criticisms from me. Either way, much appreciated Prpfessor.
I will not be doing that because of the ridiculously childish way some of you use information given lately.

For instance, that one pic was taken on a super full stomach with me TRYING to make it look as bad as possible. Yet, for some reason you are using that as how I looked most of the time?

That was why I posted the other pic which is more like how I actually walked around daily.

Ok. Thanks anyway.

Just to clarify a bit- I said I would not criticize your nutrition so please do not include me in your comment about using it chilidishly. I posted that photo because, as far as I can tell, that was the most recently posted photo of you that I have seen. Not that that is what you look like now but that was put up by another poster most recently of you at your heaviest.

Smashing, what do you do for chest? Full and even development dude. Nice work

Thank you. I am a big proponent of heavy pressing with the emphasis on incline. I love flys and dips as well.

???

My avatar is recent and that pic is from about two years ago.

How is it that is the most recent photo you have seen?

For people who find so much fault in everything I write, posts like this amaze me.

My pics are all over this site but you really missed all of that?

I said that was the most recently posted photo of you at your heaviest. I specifically said that it was not what you looked like now.

That photo was the most recently posted image of you at your heaviest and was put up by another member. It was re posted most recently AFAICT. Does that clear up the issue?

He probably doesn’t see you with a shirt off as often as you see yourself?

No, the other picture shows how you actually walked around with the lights turned off. Lets not act like that is a quality pic that shows what you really looked like at the time. Yes you looked big as fuck, but with the lights off and at the angle you are standing it is impossible to see the sagging chest fat which you surely had, being that you still have it at 250 lbs.

That’s weird; you would think Kobayashi would look much fatter after eating such a large meal.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

The fact that X doesn’t see the difference between how he and Stu conduct themselves says more about him than anything else IMO.

Exactly lol as if eating a big meal gives you five inches of love handles.

I’m convinced Prof X is the most elaborate and dedicated troll to ever grace the interwebs

I fail to believe a real human adult can come out with some of this stuff and you pick up on the strangest of things to base your arguments on

*and I’m not looking for an argument here just stating a fact

Don’t get lemon, lemon!

I had a lot of fun thinking up that one.

Does anyone think PX is a pathological liar? He conveniently has all these scenarios that he’s recently dealt with that happen to support his argument every single time, for over a decade. There’s so much about the guy that’s off-putting that it truly boggles the mind.

Question, who said I see no difference?

I simply said this is about perspective…which it is. Otherwise people would be as upset about him mentioning his psych degree as they are if I ever mention my training in the human body and biology.

That has nothing to do with thinking we post the same.

It has everything to do with noticing that people will be upset at what they want to be upset about whether it is rational or not based on perspective.

All these scenarios? What are you talking about and what am I lying about?

PX, did my last post clear up what I was talking about?

My motive is pure entertainment and enjoyment, like how I read Dave Tate’s 10,000 to 12,000 calorie diet, or Mike Phelps’ 10,000 calorie diet, or Glen Chabot’s 10,000 calorie diet. Or Ronnie Coleman’s. You know, the same way diets in magazines are listed.
