Yes, really. Why mention your degree in psych? If someone were to nitpick everything you write, they could easily say this is a prime example of what you accused me of.
Its about perspective. This is the first time I’ve seen Stu mention his psychology degree.

How often does psychology come up in bodybuilding discussions?
For instance, that one pic was taken on a super full stomach with me TRYING to make it look as bad as possible.
Why were you trying to look bad?
Because doesnt this seem to imply that the other pics you posted in an attempt to show how much progress you made were done with an attempt to make you look “good as possible” ie not relaxed but stomach pulled tight and flexed with conducive lighting etc?
There are ways to make yourself look so damn big with cameras. Videos don’t lie though.
Not sure if I follow you here Brick care to elucidate further for me?
I’m confused by that statement also.
Any videos posted here are from about two years ago…so is he implying I made zero progress in two whole years?
I had pics taken the same day with less effect.

I wish to see them… Not to use against you, (I don’t give a crap about these shit storms) but out of pure interest of how lighting/angles can change how fat you look/size.

Why were you trying to look bad?
Because I knew I was about to start dieting. That was that period after a car accident where I was just trying to hold my body weight even. At the time I simply said fuck it and just worked on maintaining that body weight even though my activity was limited.
It was a test to see if that affected the muscle I kept in the long run.
It is pretty much the same thing they do in nearly all diet ads. I just wanted to do one myself.
I had pics taken the same day with less effect.
Does that answer you question?
But why make it artificially as bad as possible? Doesnt that mean any objective self analysis you were aiming at was skewed a little?

Srsly… I mean this is going full circle now… I’d call out advices given that I do not agree with but anything else is pretty useless now
I’ll say it again, this is not what I wanted this thread to be…
Dont worry Zraw threads have a habit of going this way lately just concentrate on the help you are giving to a few of the posters in those other threads. Compelling.

It would have been epic but oh well… In about 6 or 8 months if your still doing this I’ll probably take you up on that offer…
