Pat, good luck on your back recovery. After hurting my back a couple of times, I stopped doing free squats and deads. Sucks, but at least I’m still making progress, sans the injuries.

Keep the numbers coming, haven’t heard anything yet from Tiribulus, orion, Brother Chris, Sloth, kamui, Mufasa, Forbes, raj, PB Andy…
lol.

ahem
ahem

Bodyguard must have overlooked a couple (I think orion may have posted on the first page, and we have since heard from a couple guys, but not others). He also forgot to add Maximus to the list. Or maybe he just considered Maximus’s “contributions” to the first page to actually be relevant. I dunno the guy, so I won’t speak for him.

I also didn’t catch the stats of some others, like countingbeans (though I know he actually lifts), fightingirish (he’s a scrappy bastard), and a couple of the “newer” posters like USMCD. So strange how every single thread in this forum gets a nod from some of these guys, except for this one.
Not sure if this is a shot at me or not, but I’ve got a few videos in my hub for all to see. I don’t comment on threads like this because, as was said, goals are different and I’m not interested in getting in a dick measuring contest because I don’t train to be a bodybuilder, powerlifter, etc…

You’ve got me by one rep.

Tell me if you can’t feel these puppies a day or two later… Tell me if your heart and lungs don’t feel 'em immediately.

That’s awesome. I’m closing on 100lbs. x 50 (that’s as high as my current gym goes), and these are the one exercise I do that bring me to the point of puking. My other gym goes to 125 and I’ve hit those for 32 (?) or so reps. 150 lbs. is bad ass for that many reps.

Best cardio ever. And by best I mean miserable but great. Well, except 20 rep squats I guess. Still. Nice work both you

So X, what are your best lifts?
This term is almost irrelevant to me. I just trained chest today. I went relatively heavy, but more important was the fact that my form is on a level you can only reach if you are strong in the first place. Not to mention that there is a long history of people acting like any statement I make turns the thread into a free for all.

My best lift on biceps was 95lbs dumbbells curls with each hand before I first hurt my right arm and secondly after the motorcycle accident. I am currently able to curl the 80’s and slowly working my way back.

So, why go posting in a “Post your lifts” thread? Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. Hah.

Because post your lifts means the same to me as post your progress??

A bodybuilder is not after “best lifts”. Maybe you need to think outside the box.

Oh. Okay, my bad. so, post your progress. Where have you come from and where are you now?

How are you overhead pressing so much??? Do you have some kind of mad scientist, physics trick to it? Your overhead press strength looks like it’s nearly 70% of your bench. Mine isn’t even 60%!
I do seated OVHD pressing, which may allow me to use a bit more weight compared to standing. I have never done standing OVHD presses so I am not entirely sure if that is true. Plus, it is my favorite lift. Also, I hit 8 reps on the bench and only 3 on the press.

Thanks TB, Push, and Spar4tee!

But I have a whole thread about this already…two of them actually. I also have my avatar there. I have been asking for who actually trained in this forum since 2002 at least.

I was 150lbs in college as a freshman. I hover around 250 right now without much effort and that is about what I was in that avatar.

Ah okay, maybe seated is a bit higher than standing. I tried to account for the rep difference. I estimated your 1rm on OHP being somewhere around 215 and your bench max being somewhere around 310. Anyway, nice lifting!

That is very, very impressive.
I had to watch a few times to check for “real”.

You must have elbow joints of titanium.

Damnit, now I have a bit of a man crush

I haven’t done this exercise in ages. Gotta give it a shot coming Sunday when I train legs.

I don’t see that happening. I won’t give my personal email to somebody who behaved the way you did towards brother Chris and his family/friends on facebook that occasioned his first few posts in the Romans 2 thread. Has nothing to do with exigetical disagreements. Actions have consequences sir. Your actions have consequences, not just in eternity but in the here and now. there is no way you will get private information from me.

On the other hand if that’s how you saw that conversation then I doubt we would communicate very well. Maybe you stopped reading too soon. It’s pretty poor form though implying that I would be somehow untrustworthy with your email address. You may be shocked to find out how much “private” information I have from people around here. And they mine. You will NEVER, for all of eternity, find an example of your concern being justified. Brother Chris and I texted each other thanksgiving greetings today btw because we have each others cell phone numbers. I really should be used to this by now. My hand is always out if you change your mind.
