I am taking progress pictures every two weeks and will share those side by side eventually. Meanwhile, here is a picture taken yesterday at exactly 4 months pp (post partum).
The prowler has done well.

So I have stopped daily logging my workouts only because I simply do not have the time to type them up! Still killing it everyday and just this week I felt different as if I am starting to lean out more. 'BOUT TIME!
Nothing motivates quite like seeing progress in the mirror and also when you can actually feel it!
I am doing the “explosive” jumps etc. at Hip’s direction which I look stupid doing. I swear I used to be more graceful. I am working on it though. Got to do it right for it to work!
I too am trying the chasing performance not fatigue thing and it really is a new way to think of things. I hit a PR and then want to drop the weight for reps and I need to just BE DONE.
I had three super busy days this week all of which I started the days off with Brain Candy. I am always so quick to complain that it doesn’t work for me and then I realize that I have just reorganized the shelves in the basement or made two types of carrot cakes for Easter. I am an overachiever anyway and BC puts me in overdrive. LOVE IT! ![]()

Pullups - Three sets of 2 unassisted (that’s for YOU Corst!)
I am doing great, looking better and pretty much feeling unstoppable. I am taking pictures tomorrow and will post as soon as I can.

4.5 months post partum
I still weigh exactly the SAME as I did when I started Indigo! I still wear size 0-2 clothes just like I did before the baby but I am ten pounds heavier now. Based on my lifts it must be all muscle! Either way I look and feel better!
