I hate that for many reasons but Oh well, guess I better decided if I’m going to purchase Indigo or not. Some great logs there. It would help to talk to more peeps under Indigo to gauge if I would like to jump in to utilize it. I guess I’ll just keep lurking until I decide to pull the trigger.

Thanks for stopping in Viper and DS! He’s a happy guy! Only way I can get to the computer is if he’s in my lap. In fact… he’s sitting with me as I type this! :wink:

Edgy- It’s pretty neat. It DEFINITELY gives you a jump start in the morning and keeps you focused through out the day. From reading everyone’s reviews I think it is doing different things for different people. I am already running short on sleep so at a minimum the Brain Candy has me acting normal again. I don’t plan to take it everyday. I am saving it for particularly busy days and leg and deadlift days! I took it for the second time this morning and now it is 4 o’clock and I feel very focused when normally I am dragging. :slight_smile:

Saturday- Out late Friday night and then up NINE TIMES with the baby Friday Night. I was dragging and this workout sucked. Got a new PR but I was SHOT afterward doing very little. I must never underestimate the power of good sleep. It will come eventually but until then…

Nutrition Update:
Everything is plugging along. I still do the clean style eating with 200 clean carbs a day and roughly 1800 calories. I was really amazed with how easy it was to go on vacation and stay in my diet parameters. I have been depending heavily on FINiBARs to fill in the gaps so that I get enough calories and carbs in. I am still drinking one scoop of Anaconda, one scoop of MAG-10 and one scoop of Surge during every workout. Just received a bottle of Se7en and I started adding that today. It will be interesting to see if it does anything for me.
