Nutrition Update:
Everything is plugging along. I still do the clean style eating with 200 clean carbs a day and roughly 1800 calories. I was really amazed with how easy it was to go on vacation and stay in my diet parameters. I have been depending heavily on FINiBARs to fill in the gaps so that I get enough calories and carbs in. I am still drinking one scoop of Anaconda, one scoop of MAG-10 and one scoop of Surge during every workout. Just received a bottle of Se7en and I started adding that today. It will be interesting to see if it does anything for me.
