Glad you mentioned him because I do currently follow John on Facebook (what a really cool person he is)and he’s only about 1h45mins away from me and my husband. I’ve always wondered who to go with as far as writing programs. Thank you for that advice and I’m glad he’s got you eating more, I think I’d be miserable if I were starving all the time.

Plasma and MAG-10 are staples in my home also. If I start to get low, I panic until we order more.
