I present mine. Whether you do or not is your own business. My responses are not for some made up persona. This is how I think. Whether I say this or not would depend on whether I met you in the gym or in the office. Outside of the office I don’t hold my tongue and would say what I write here directly to any of you.
Considering where the internet is headed in terms of development, those who think their written words hold absolutely no long term repercussions or that “it is just entertainment” may be in for a surprise.
Likewise, when the discussions go into a direction that could affect the careers of others (like in that thread CT started about Amit, as innocent as some responses may have been), you would think some people would have the sense to use some tact.
Apparently, that is just too much to ask.

I considered posting here for a while because I really have no one to talk about this sort of thing with. I took the plunge and signed up because I blew out a pec and needed advice. A couple of guy’s with more experience and/or knowledge then me were kind enough to offer advice, and I appreciate it.
I intend to remain anonymous here. Friends and family already have made mid-life crisis type remarks, and I can only imagine the shit I would be reading about here if certain people knew I post here.
I’m 6’4 290, probably between 17-22%. Started lifting again with the goal of getting to 250. Best lifts since starting back are 1300-12 leg press, 450-10 V-squat, 360-5 Hammer Incline, 360-5 Hammer Iso Shoulder Press, Hammer Front Pulldown 410-5, Hammer Low Row 450-15, Hammer Dip Machine 410-8, EZ bar curls 198-5, form was a joke though. I lift alone, I like the Hammer stuff because I can’t get pinned and barbell pressing kills my left elbow.
There are people here that know alot more then me about this stuff. The chains, the bands, the equipped stuff is all new to me. I don’t think I will offer much in the way of advice, just opinion and the occasional anecdote.
To tell you the truth, I don’t feel quite right posting here because of the injury and only being back into it a year. But somehow, I love this shit again, and it occupies my thoughts a good bit.

I don’t mind Live either…I actually like the guy…when he first showed up he struck me as a complete fuckwad…I didn’t go out of my way to bust his chops…I didn’t make a conscious decision to bust his chops…he just kept making it really easy to bust his chops…
He also busts chops back…albeit not nearly as effectively as moi…but…he keeps it real, and keeps going…unlike that other fuckwad that had 4 girls on ‘spring break’…who got his chops busted and ran home crying.
I’ve actually complimented Live on several occasions (not nearly as many as I’ve busted his chops, but I’m trying) and I’ve ‘l’edol’ at him a few times.
Anyway…end of hijack…let’s get back to talking about the incredible-ness of sweating.

I’m sorry to keep going back to this point, but…did you ever see the pic of me with nothing but an ankle sock covering my wang? I was looking pretty big and ripped (not to mention hot).
The mods took it down (some sorry excuse about no male frontal nudity, but I think they were actually scared people would demand I be the Powerful Image every day for like a year and mess up their schedule), so I wouldn’t be surprised if you missed it and therefore didn’t take it into consideration before making your blanket statement.
