That is the one, thank you. Not sure yet if I’m going to try it, I may need to take some time off from the gym, my heart has been acting weird (might be due to blood pressure med) and I thought this might be more of a simple program to do at home while taking a break from slinging iron while getting tests done. Not to say it isn’t tough, the pullo-ups are going to be way tough.

I think it could work, and I would only do it for 3 weeks as advized. Then I would take the time off and go back to a heavier lifting routine.

Focus on quality of form and technique. If your gonna do a ton of reps, they might as well be good.

Unrelated but Paul, you’re a big guy and have some size. But you’ve been pointing out your blood pressure issue for a while now ON THIS FORUM, and at your young age, this isn’t a good thing to have to worry about.
It may be in your best interests to lean out at this point, it could help you get off the meds.

Good idea to add in some body squats with that.

You’re right and I’m sick of posting about it too. I am going to make it a priority to lose about 10-15 lbs., hopefully all fat. My weight is about 260 right now, I am a little bigger than my picture. I am going to try a few days without the med too to see if I feel better, it may have been making my exercise tougher than it usually is.

Based on your profile picture, I’d reckon you could drop at least 40 pounds comfortably with little to no muscle loss. That will assist your markers tremendously.
