I read your posts that you don’t write nurttion articles anymore because everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. I just had a couple of questions about basic guidelines.
- with the current peri-workout protocol do you still pulse 15-20min before meals with CH?
- if so, how many pulses would you recommend?
- for a starting point do you still recommend eating 1-1.25g/lb bw of protein, 100g carbs, and 60-80g fat ( adjusting macros depending on your goal)?
- I am a bit confused about the amount of protein in MAG-10, the label says there is 10grams of protein and 21.55g of anabolic pulse, so does the 21.55 not count as protein because they are AA’s?
