I regularly eat in a pulse feast manner with one evening meal that I will vary to meet my goals.
I will use Mag-10 at 8:00 am, 12:00 and 4:00 and then eat between 4-7 though I will vary the parameters, calories, macros. It’s hard to hit my daily goal of 200 grams of protein with one full meal unless I increase the Mag-10 doses. Is 4 scoops for the 3 pulses (40 grams of protein) going to be counterproductive compared to 1-1.5 servings. Should I use smaller pulses but add other protein sources in some fashion.
On training days I usually do 1 Plazma+1.5 Mag-10 before training, and I train most days.
