I usually take a 1-2 servings of Plazma before I train at 8:00 am and then take 2-3 scoops of Mag-10 at 12:00 and another at 4:00. I will eat low protein snacks (fruit, potatoes, rice and veggies, and some olive oil) at about 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, because I want to let blood amino acid levels time to return to baseline. After my 4:00 pm Mag-10 dose, I will eat mixed macros with protein until about 8:00 pm.

8:00-9:30 Training
10:00 low protein snack (30 grams carbs plus a little fat)
12:00 2-3 scoops Mag-10
2:00 low protein snack (30 grams carbs plus a little fat)
4:00 2-3 scoops Mag-10
4:00-8:00 eat mixed meal(s) moderate carbs, significant protein and fat.
(On non-training days I use Mag-10 in the Plazma slot).
So If I do 1 Plazma and 2 servings of Mag-10 at 12:00 and 4:00 I only have about 55 grams of protein down by 4:00 PM. Given the effeciency of Plazma and Mag-10, do I still need to try to get another 150 grams of protein in within that 4:00-8:00 window? It is a lot to pack in in that time frame.
