Hey CT i was thinking about doing the pulse feast but im not sure of it is for me. I am an intermediate weightlifter and training mma. i train mma anywhere from 2-4 hours a day 6x a week on top of lifting 5x a week for around 1-2 hours. I am 170 pounds and would like to really lean up without losing any muscle.
i have tried many things before and i cant seem to find a right diet and workout plan that suits my lifestyle. if you could let me know what you think and what type of workout routine i should do that would be great. thanks
